It started at a baseball card show

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, my father and I did baseball card shows together. Long tables, folding chairs, a room full of dealers, and somewhere in it the one person who had the card you came for.

Finding them was the hard part. There was no map worth the name. You walked the room, table by table, and hoped. If you wanted to know who was where, you asked someone, and they pointed, and you hoped again. This was long before the internet was in anybody's house, so there was nothing to look it up on. It bothered me every single time.

It kept bothering me for about ten years. In the early 2000s I started building something about it. Over the years I was able to put it in front of real clients and shape it around what they actually needed, which is the part you cannot invent at a desk.

Paths cross and align. Only now am I able to offer it to everybody, and that is what Booth Manager Pro is.

What it is for

Booth Manager Pro helps you organise, plan and lay out a space, and then show it to the people who need to see it — publicly or privately, whichever your event calls for. A market, a festival, a trade show, a wedding, a hall of tables. Anywhere somebody has to find exactly who or what they are looking for.

The point is the value you hand to somebody else: your clients, your customers, or your family and friends. Nobody should have to walk the room table by table, hoping.

Where we are right now

We are in pre-launch. We are accepting a limited number of people and businesses to use Booth Manager Pro for their own events while we keep refining it — so that it ends up genuinely great, and genuinely affordable, for events of every era, every size and every budget.
